Elimina il tuo account Hello Patente

Dall'app (consigliato, immediato)
- Apri l'app Hello Patente e accedi.
- Tocca l'icona del profilo in alto a destra.
- Scorri fino in fondo e tocca Elimina account.
- Inserisci la password e conferma.
Se non riesci ad accedere o hai disinstallato l'app, scrivici.
Tramite richiesta
Scrivi a theaimindzz@gmail.com oppure WhatsApp +39 000 000 0000 indicando l'email e il numero di cellulare con cui ti sei registrato, con oggetto «Elimina account». Verificheremo che la richiesta provenga da te e completeremo l'eliminazione entro 30 giorni.
Cosa viene eliminato
- Profilo (nome, email, telefono, città, Paese), credenziali di accesso e identificativo del dispositivo.
- Progressi, risposte, domande salvate, note, cronologia degli esami e posizione in classifica.
- Lo stato Premium e le categorie sbloccate (non sono recuperabili dopo l'eliminazione).
Cosa può essere conservato
I documenti contabili relativi a eventuali pagamenti (fatture e simili) restano conservati per il tempo richiesto dalla legge italiana (di norma 10 anni). I dati di crash anonimi presso Google scadono automaticamente (di norma 90 giorni).
Delete your Hello Patente account

In the app (recommended, immediate)
- Open the Hello Patente app and sign in.
- Tap the profile icon at the top right.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
If you cannot sign in or have uninstalled the app, contact us.
By request
Write to theaimindzz@gmail.com or WhatsApp +39 000 000 0000 with the email and mobile number you registered with, subject «Delete account». We will check that the request comes from you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Profile (name, email, phone, city, country), login credentials and device identifier.
- Progress, answers, saved questions, notes, exam history and leaderboard entry.
- Premium status and unlocked categories (they cannot be restored after deletion).
What may be kept
Accounting records of any payments (invoices and similar) are kept for the period required by Italian law (normally 10 years). Anonymous crash data held by Google expires automatically (normally 90 days).
