2. Il servizio
Hello Patente è un'app di preparazione all'esame teorico della patente italiana (quiz, esami simulati, ripasso, dizionario, spiegazioni in più lingue). I contenuti hanno scopo didattico. Non garantiamo il superamento dell'esame ufficiale e non siamo affiliati a enti pubblici. Le regole ufficiali e i quiz ministeriali possono cambiare.
3. Account
- Devi fornire dati veri e mantenere riservate le tue credenziali. L'account è personale e non può essere condiviso.
- Per proteggere i contenuti, l'account è legato a un solo dispositivo. Per cambiare telefono contattaci.
- Se hai meno di 14 anni serve il consenso di un genitore.
4. Prova gratuita e Premium
- La prova gratuita dura 14 giorni e dà accesso al Capitolo 1.
- Le categorie e le funzioni Premium si sbloccano dopo l'acquisto, che oggi avviene su richiesta tramite WhatsApp. Prezzo, durata e modalità di pagamento ti vengono comunicati prima dell'acquisto.
- I diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori (compreso, dove applicabile, il diritto di recesso) restano validi. Per richieste di rimborso scrivici: valutiamo ogni caso con buon senso.
5. Uso corretto
È vietato: condividere l'account, copiare, estrarre in modo automatico (scraping), rivendere o ridistribuire domande, audio, immagini o altri contenuti; tentare di aggirare le protezioni o i limiti di accesso; usare l'app in modo illecito o dannoso. Possiamo sospendere o chiudere l'account in caso di violazione.
6. Proprietà intellettuale
L'app, il marchio «Hello Patente», testi, traduzioni, audio e grafica appartengono a Hello Patente SRL o ai rispettivi titolari. Ti concediamo una licenza personale, non esclusiva e non trasferibile per usare l'app per studiare.
7. Disponibilità e responsabilità
Facciamo il possibile perché l'app funzioni e i contenuti siano corretti, ma il servizio è fornito «così com'è» e può avere interruzioni o errori. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo di danni indiretti o di mancato superamento dell'esame. Nulla in questi termini esclude responsabilità che per legge non possono essere escluse.
8. Eliminazione dell'account
Puoi eliminare l'account in qualsiasi momento dall'app (Profilo → Elimina account). Vedi come fare e la Privacy Policy.
9. Legge applicabile
Si applica la legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore, restano ferme le norme inderogabili del tuo Paese di residenza e il foro del consumatore previsto dalla legge.
10. Modifiche
Possiamo aggiornare questi termini; la versione in vigore è sempre quella pubblicata qui. Continuando a usare l'app dopo una modifica accetti i nuovi termini.

1. Who we are

2. The service
Hello Patente is a study app for the Italian driving licence theory exam (quizzes, mock exams, revision, dictionary, explanations in several languages). Content is for educational purposes. We do not guarantee that you will pass the official exam and we are not affiliated with any public authority. Official rules and exam questions may change.
3. Account
- You must give true information and keep your login details private. The account is personal and may not be shared.
- To protect the content, an account is tied to one device. Contact us to change phone.
- If you are under 14, a parent's consent is required.
4. Free trial and Premium
- The free trial lasts 14 days and gives access to Chapter 1.
- Premium categories and features are unlocked after purchase, which currently happens on request through WhatsApp. Price, duration and payment method are told to you before you buy.
- Your statutory consumer rights (including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal) are not affected. For refund requests, write to us: we review each case fairly.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: share your account; copy, scrape, resell or redistribute questions, audio, images or other content; try to bypass protections or access limits; or use the app unlawfully or harmfully. We may suspend or close an account for violations.
6. Intellectual property
The app, the «Hello Patente» name, texts, translations, audio and graphics belong to Hello Patente SRL or their respective owners. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for studying.
7. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the app working and the content accurate, but the service is provided «as is» and may have interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for failing the exam. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). See how to do it and the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the consumer court provided by law remain unaffected.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published here. By continuing to use the app after a change you accept the new terms.
